SEARCH FOR A TREASURER
The Parish is looking for a volunteer to take on the role of PCC Treasurer from January 2026. Volunteers do not have to be members of the church to undertake the role and would be invited to report at PCC meetings which are expected to move to bimonthly. The outgoing Treasurer would do a full handover and be available for queries.
If this is something you think you might consider helping us with, please get in touch with Paddy Fox (073 989 70422), Tim Talbot or anyone else on the PCC.
LOOKING AHEAD
We are delighted to announce that in January 2026 we will officially welcome The Revd Giselle Rusted to the Parish of Whaley Bridge. A special Service of Collation and Induction will take place at Holy Trinity Church at 7pm on Thursday 29 January 2026.
In the meantime, please continue to join us for worship. Our Sunday service is held at 10.30 am and details of services over the Christmas period will be posted on our website.

PRAYERS OF LOVE AND FAITH
At the PCC meeting in October, the Church Council commended the use of Prayers of Love and Faith. This provides for same sex couples to give thanks in church following a wedding or civil partnership in a registry office. These prayers are used as part of a regular service - the C of E does not allow us to offer a stand-alone service. For enquiries please contact the Vicar/the parish office.
