Service of Thanksgiving Following the Dam Crisis

This will be an opportunity for the Whaley Bridge community to thank God and the emergency services and many volunteers who worked tirelessly to prevent our town and other communities from a potential catastrophe. As we're expecting a lot of people, seating will be on a first come first served basis.  We need volunteers to help with stewarding so if you are able to help, please sign the list at the back of church or give your name to Revd Margaret.  Plans are also in process to have the service live-streamed via Facebook or YouTube.  Everyone is invited to the Bowling Club for light refreshments afterwards.
