This year’s Whaley Bridge Christian Aid Walk will take place on Saturday 16th September with a 10.30am start at Pym Chair car park.

We will walk a 10km route around the Goyt Valley, stopping off at St James Taxal for a packed lunch.  Those who would prefer a 5 km walk have the option of ending the walk at lunchtime.  No sponsor forms – as in previous years we will ask people to invite friends and family to give via a “Just Giving” link -

Last year we raised over £900 to enable some of the world’s poorest people to help themselves.  Come and enjoy good company and great views in a worthwhile cause!   Waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear are essential.  Details of parking arrangements will follow.  To register interest contact Rev Frances 07554 240762.
